Six materials. One phone call.
Services from our bulk yard cover every load we sell, all on one page screened soil, quarry rock and structural aggregate, priced by the cubic yard and dumped where you want it.
Every material, in full detail.
The six loads the yard runs every day — each with its own page of specs, coverage math and photos. Call for today’s price on anything without one.
Screened Topsoil
Rich, dark and screened clean for garden beds, new lawns and topdressing. The foundation for healthy root development and vibrant, fast green-up.
Quarry Spalls · 3–6″
Angular basalt straight from the quarry. Three to six inch stone for heavy drainage, sub-base stabilization and anywhere water needs to move, not pool.
Rip Rap
Large, heavy stone built to armor shorelines, ditch lines and cut slopes against running water and washout. Set it once and it holds for decades.
Basalt Boulders
Native Washington basalt for retaining walls, seat walls and natural landscape accents. Hand-pick your pieces at the yard or describe the look you want.
Fill Dirt
Unscreened excavated soil for raising grade, backfilling voids and building up behind retaining walls. The workhorse material when finish isn’t the point.
Structural Fill
Compactable aggregate engineered to bear load — the base under driveways, patios and slab prep. Lay it, compact it, and build on it for the long haul.
The whole yard, on one sheet.
Prices, units and depth guidance for every material — the same numbers dispatch quotes from. Everything else, phone the yard for today’s rate.

Material, up close.
Photos from the piles, the loads and the finished work — what six days a week at a supply yard actually looks like.
Before you call it in.
The four questions the yard answers fifty times a day — answered once, here.
Do I need exact yardage before I call?
No. Bring rough dimensions — length, width and how deep you want it — and we’ll run the math with you on the phone. The calculator page does the same conversion we do: length × width × depth, divided out to cubic yards.
Is there a minimum load?
The smallest practical dump is around three yards — below that a delivery fee can outweigh the material. Pickup with a trailer or truck bed has no minimum at all.
Can I mix materials in one truck?
Within reason, yes — a split load of topsoil and rock works on one run. Big splits or three-plus materials usually mean two drops, which we’ll schedule together when we quote.
What if my access is tight?
Tell us at order time. Our trucks need roughly a 12-foot gate and overhead clearance, but we deliver to tight Spokane neighborhoods daily — the dispatcher will talk your driveway through with you before anything rolls.
Ready when you are.
Know your yards? Call the yard and we’ll load it today. Not sure yet? We’ll do the math with you and quote the whole drop in one call.
